How to do a wall run
when you grab the top of the wall you want to put your hands as high up into the wall as you can
then do a normal pull up
and then put your feet against the wall and kick off the wall
then do a pull up almost immediatly after kicking off the wall
and then you should have your chest above the wall with your hands
and then you want to do kind of a dip and bring your upperbody above the wall
then just do a push up and bring your legs up when they can reach
and thats it
